The major shoe store chain Reno sign up
the pop star Nena to be part of their new national TV commercial.
This project was an effective cooperation between Capture Aachen and
Capture Berlin.
Capture performed extensive post work - most every shot was altered - and created various 3D animated objects.
Stains had to be removed from the floor, bill boards were dressed with Nena content, and a new sky was integrated into the background.
The 3D department created animated shoes, flying through the sky on balloons making a reference to Nena's famous song “99 air balloons”. The real shoes were photographed and then translated in a 3D digital environment.
Additionally, a circular traffic with cars was entirely computer generated.
